Richard Moseley joined the Champagne Pools team in 1986, after a fruitful career in the U.S. Army Cadre.

Richard is our leading in-house expert in all aspects of swimming pool safety, design, engineering, construction and legislation. Richard is also president of the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA), having been active in the organization for many years, (Richard has served multiple terms on the board of directors and the executive committees at local and regional levels since 1998.)

Richard was named "Person of the Year" by the central Florida chapter of the FSPA, in 1999 and again in 2000.

Richard is a Licensed Commercial Contractor in the State of Florida (license # 057135), and an APSP Certified Building Professional (CBP).
