“One of the experiences that was great is that from the time we signed the contract they never left our side. Well, if I had to do it all over again I would choose Champagne again. We talked to five different builders in Central Florida, and they were all good. But what set Champagne apart was on a personal level - the type of people at Champagne, and the type of ideas and innovative designers like our designer Teri Smathers. An unbelievable designer, she came in and blew us away with such a great touch with things that we wanted. She understood our budget and helped us work within our budget to get the most out of our pool. There is nothing that I would change about it. It’s been a great experience.”

Champagne pools did a fabulous job of keeping us informed as to what to expect that particular day. The crews that came out were outstanding. They were professional, and told us what they were going to do. It was amazing seeing the transformation from a hole in the ground to a finished product that we are very, very proud of. The advice that I would give to anyone starting a pool - pick Champagne! We got a lot of great suggestions from our salesman. He helped make sure we got what we really wanted. We’re very happy.

This morning we are sitting outside enjoying the most beautiful pool we could imagine! We are so pleased with the results of your planning and execution of the renovation. What a great experience it has been to plan and watch the transformation of our old “1990’s era” pool into the beautiful structure it is this morning.
I really don’t know how to begin listing all the great things about the process and the results.
First, you were so right about the Shell Lock Artistic Pavers. Had we just resurfaced the pool without changing the KoolDeck to the pavers, we would have been sorely disappointed in the results. Andre’ and his team did a fantastic job in laying out the cuts and the design of the hop-scotch pattern. The hidden drain system alone made such a difference in the visual appearance of the deck area. Once the sealing was completed, the pool decking now looks like a tiled floor and an extension of the house. And, we love the way he did the granite inserts on the raised beam. What a great addition to the overall plan.
We love the Caribbean Blue PebbleTec. The pool looks fabulous in the day with the deeper colors and at night – WOW! Also, thanks for the suggestion to change to the LED light. Not only will be saving money on the electric bill – but the deep colors and ability to change the mood is awesome. So much better than the old white light we had.
The really great part of the project though is the way you and your team executed. We so much appreciate Indira’s constant updates and communications. Once we got started, we knew what to expect every step of the way and were always informed ahead of time when there was any required tweaks and changes to the execution plan.
Lance has been great in managing all the finishing touches – especially the efforts he made to meet the deadline for Memorial Day. He has done a great job of keeping the pool sparkling and beautiful and helping us understand how to care for the new finishes.
We just couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Michael, you helped us craft a great dream for the pool renovation and then you executed in a perfect manner. Thanks so much to you and the team at Champagne Pools and Spa. We look forward to many years of enjoyment. We look forward to sharing our experience with others who are considering similar projects.

"I was especially pleased at how smoothly the construction process went and how well informed I was throughout. I was told exactly when people would be here and in all but one or two cases they came on the appointed day. I was also informed before and after each inspection so I wasn't left guessing if it had passed. I was prepared for a much more stressful construction period. I'm very pleased with the pool and how easy it is to maintain. I'm still trying to get the chemicals to stay balanced since the finish is still curing, but I've been able to do all the cleaning of filters by myself and the pool store is helpful with explicit instructions on adding chemicals. "Our pool was almost twenty years old and it had become a determent to our home. Mike assured us that he could transform the ugly area into a beautiful place where we would again want to spend our time. We began by selecting our tile, colors for the interior of the pool, and the pavers to cover the existing deck. It was easy to make good choices because there were samples of so many beautiful tiles and colors. Prices were not confusing because everything was very well organized and easy to understand.
